Details of the Job/Internship

Metanoia Kleos Empowerment Foundation (MKEF) is looking for candidate for the position of In-House Counsel.

Role and Responsibilities

• The In-House Counsel will be responsible for handling legal matters and providing legal advice and support to the foundation.
• The role will involve reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, conducting legal research, and assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of legal principles and regulations
• Experience in contract review and negotiation
• Experience in providing legal counsel and representation.
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Law degree and relevant legal qualifications
• Experience in the non-profit or education sector is a plus
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Salary/Stipend
