Mobi is seeking a full-time, on-site In-House Counsel based in Coimbatore.

Role and Responsibilities

The In-House Counsel will manage legal matters, review contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide legal guidance to the company. This role involves working closely with various departments to mitigate risks and ensure legal adherence.

Eligibility

• Proven experience in handling legal matters, contracts, and compliance issues.
• Strong knowledge of business law and corporate governance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in the fintech or technology industry is a plus.
• Law degree from a reputable institution.
