NIBE Defence and Aerospace is involved in the Machining, Fabrication, Welding, etc of logistical equipment like Modular Bridge, Short Span Bridge etc. Apart from that Missile Launcher systems like MRSAMs missiles and Pinaka Missiles are also worked upon.

Details of the Job/Internship

NIBE Limited is hiring an In-House Counsel for their Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad office.

Role and Responsibilities

The In-House Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a daily basis, drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing legal risks, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in contract drafting and review
• Knowledge of corporate and commercial law
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the defense or manufacturing industry is a plus
• LLB or JD degree from a recognized institution
