Details of the Job/Internship
Nordex Group is hiring an In-House Counsel with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on contract negotiations, compliance, regulatory issues, and dispute resolution.
- Draft and review contracts and ensure compliance with current laws.
- Work with internal departments to mitigate legal risks.
- Handle disputes and support corporate governance activities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); a Master’s degree is preferable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal counsel in a corporate setting or a law firm.
- Legal expertise in corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong legal drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing intellectual property issues and litigation cases.
- Excellent analytical, research, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
