Details of the Job/Internship

Sanali Group is hiring an In-House Counsel for a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on organisational and business matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
• Manage legal risks and oversee internal legal policies.
• Liaise with external counsel as required.
• Support internal departments with legal inputs to achieve organisational objectives.

Eligibility

• Strong skills in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Knowledge of corporate law, compliance, and risk management.
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is desirable.

Salary/Stipend

Up to ₹50,000 per month
