Details of the Job/Internship
Skyi is hiring an In-House Counsel for a full-time, on-site role in Mulshi, Pune. The role involves providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing legal risks, and handling litigation matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and strategies to senior management.
- Draft and review contracts.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage legal risks.
- Handle litigation matters and legal disputes.
- Oversee company policies.
- Collaborate with external legal firms when necessary.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution.
- Licensed to practice law in India.
- Expertise in contract law, property law, and general corporate law.
- Experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and litigation.
- Strong drafting and reviewing skills for legal documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
