Details of the Job/Internship

Suzlon Group is hiring an In-House Legal Counsel to join its legal team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to the wind industry, including Supply, BOP, E&C, Supervision, and other contracts related to SCM, IT, and HR.
• Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws and internal company policies.
• Provide legal advice on contractual interpretation, risk management, and legal issues across departments.
• Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on compliance requirements relevant to business operations.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel on regulatory matters when required.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including business development, operations, finance, and HR teams.

Eligibility

Qualified law graduate from a reputed university recognised by the Bar Council of India.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
