AP International Flims is hiring for the position of In-House IP Counsel with 0-1 year of experience to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of legal agreements, including licensing, assignment, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Advise management on corporate, intellectual property, and compliance-related matters.
- Ensure legal compliance across all business operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal documentation and records.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- 0 to 1 year of experience in corporate law and intellectual property law (both litigation and non-litigation).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- High standards of professional ethics and integrity.
Salary/Stipend
