AP International is hiring a Legal Associate with 2–4 years of experience in Corporate and Intellectual Property Law.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements.
• Advise management on corporate, IP, and compliance matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws across business operations.
• Maintain and manage legal documentation and records.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• 2–4 years of experience in corporate and IP law, including litigation and non-litigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High professional ethics and integrity.

Salary/Stipend
