SGS Motors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Advocate with a strong background in company laws and real estate/property laws. The role involves handling both litigation and non-litigation matters, requiring a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join their team in Indore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent the company in legal proceedings and coordinate with external counsel.
• Liaise with government officials, authorities, and registrars.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice on corporate and property-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Handle travel as necessary for official legal assignments.

Eligibility

• Education: L.L.B. Degree (2021 or earlier) or L.L.M.
• PQE: Minimum 3 years in litigation and non-litigation, with a focus on corporate and real estate/property laws.
• Language Proficiency: Strong command of English and Hindi, including typing in both languages.
• Skills: Excellent drafting, research, and communication abilities.
• Location: Based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, with flexibility for travel.
