Details of the Job/Internship

ValueLabs is hiring In-house Lawyers with 2 to 10 years of in-house experience to join their office in Hyderabad, Telangana. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently manage, negotiate, and close IT services, SaaS, and licensing contracts.
• Advise on HR, intellectual property, data privacy, internal policies, and corporate legal matters for senior profiles.
• Support general corporate legal requirements for the business.
• Handle legal matters exclusively from an in-house IT and technology perspective.

Eligibility

• 2 to 10 years of in-house legal experience in IT and technology companies.
• Strong exposure to IT services contracts, SaaS, and licensing.
• Candidates with law firm, litigation, LPO, or legal operations backgrounds are not eligible.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
