Details of the Job/Internship
CHARGEINFRA is hiring an In-House Legal Advisor with experience of 3 to 7 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, research, and negotiate legal documents on behalf of the company for various internal and external matters.
- Drafting and responding to legal notices and emails
- Drafting legal documents like plaints, written statements, and applications for courts (including consumer courts).
- Prepare applications for government departments and private institutions.
- Represent the company in court proceedings.
- Review and draft legal agreements.
- Provide legal opinions and interact with employees and clients.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law (LLB or LLM)
- 3-5 years of experience (corporate legal environment in construction sector preferable).
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Good Writing Communication Skills,
- Exceptional drafting skills.
- Client dealing.
- Long-term job commitment.
- Good understanding of IT, IPR, Civil and labor laws procedures apart from a basic understanding of other governing laws.
- Experience in negotiations, counseling and practical process of legal matters.
- Strong interpersonal and client-dealing skills.
