Fortune One Buildco Private Limited is hiring an In-House Legal Advisor with relevant legal expertise to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and counsel to the management team.
• Prepare and review legal documents.
• Manage and resolve legal issues related to the business.
• Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.
• Review contracts and handle legal disputes.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge and experience in real estate law and managing legal issues.
• Expertise in legal document preparation and providing legal advice.
• Knowledge of labor and employment law.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or higher qualification.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
