Details of the Job/Internship
VBHC Value Homes Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an In-House Legal Advisor with at least 4 years of experience to join its headquarters in Bengaluru. The role involves handling criminal cases filed by the company, providing legal advice, addressing labor and employment law matters, and ensuring compliance in collaboration with different departments.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle criminal cases filed by the company.
- Provide legal advice and address various legal issues.
- Manage labor and employment law matters.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of court experience.
- Experience dealing with police at the station level.
- Proficiency in law and legal document preparation.
- Knowledge of labor and employment law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and speak Kannada proficiently, including legal script.
