Details of the Job/Internship

Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is hiring an In-House Legal professional with 6–12 years of experience to join their office in Pune, Wakad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle general corporate advisory matters independently.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements and contracts.
• Manage contracts and agreements with minimal supervision.
• Act as a team lead for legal and contractual matters.
• Support in-house transactions and corporate matters.
• Provide accurate and detail-oriented legal advice in a regulated pharma environment.
• Function efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Eligibility

• LLB or LLM from a reputed institute.
• 6+ years of experience in corporate advisory.
• 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• Strong experience working with pharma industry stakeholders.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• High attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.

Salary/Stipend
