Details of the Job/Internship

Badri Rai & Co. (BRC Group) is hiring a Legal Counsel with experience of 2 years to join their office in Greater Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and handle litigation matters involving civil and arbitration issues.
• Provide litigation support to the in-house legal team.
• Draft and vet deeds, agreements, and addendums.
• Draft and vet office correspondence.
• Draft and vet ongoing project letters and assist the Tender Department.

Eligibility

• Law Graduates (3-year or 5-year LL.B) from recognised law schools.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in in-house litigation support.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
