Details of the Job/Internship
Fourth Frontier is hiring an In-House Legal Counsel with 2–5 years of experience to join its office in Bengaluru. The role involves directing compliance and risk management functions, ensuring that contracts and agreements comply with applicable laws and policies, and providing legal advice to senior management to support and protect the business.
Role and Responsibilities
- Providing legal guidance to internal teams on matters affecting the organisation.
- Handling compliance and risk management functions.
- Participating in official meetings related to the organisation’s future plans.
- Drafting vendor contracts and contractual work agreements.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable business process laws.
- Managing complex legal issues involving multiple stakeholders.
- Monitoring amendments to relevant legislation.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, privacy policies, agreements, terms and conditions, and other legal documents.
- Conducting legal research on issues impacting the company.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Law (LLB).
- 2–5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel in a law firm or in-house legal role.
- Professional licence to practise law, with enrolment with the Bar Council of India.
- Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, organisational, negotiation, and research skills.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
