Details of the Job/Internship

GTL Infrastructure Ltd. is seeking a local legal professional with a minimum of two years of experience to join its Bhubaneswar office as an In-House Counsel – Legal. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Litigation Support: Assisting in legal proceedings, coordinating with external counsel, and preparing legal documentation.
• Drafting and Documentation: Preparing notices, replies, legal correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Compliance and Record Keeping: Maintaining and updating Excel trackers and legal records.
• Travel Requirements: The role may involve travel across Odisha for various legal matters, including court appearances, site visits, and liaising with authorities.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) – Enrollment with the Bar Council is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management, litigation support, and legal drafting.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) for maintaining legal trackers.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and telecom laws is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Salary/Stipend
