Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance and support to internal departments across a range of business functions.
- Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel on diverse legal issues and projects.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional agreements and other legal documents.
- Proactively identify legal risks and implement strategies to mitigate potential conflicts or liabilities.
