Details of the Job/Internship

Khemka & Associates | Advocates and Consultants is hiring for the position of In House Legal Counsel with 2 years of experience to join their Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage in-house legal matters for real estate projects.
• Draft and review legal documentation.
• Provide legal advice to management.
• Coordinate with external law firms.
• Ensure compliance with local property laws.

Eligibility

• Qualifications: LLB Degree, Registered with Bar Council.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred; specific experience in real estate law is a significant advantage.
• Skills: Strong English language proficiency (written & verbal), excellent drafting skills, and exceptional personal skills.
• Language: Knowledge of Marathi and Gujarati is a plus; familiarity with local property laws is beneficial.

Salary/Stipend

Rs. 30,000-35000 per month.
