Details of the Job/Internship
Lawcubator is hiring for the position of In-House Legal Counsel with 7-8 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalize agreements, contracts, and legal documents to protect the company’s legal rights.
- Conduct extensive research on national and international employment laws and workplace compliance, including PoSH, diversity & inclusion, data protection, whistleblower laws, and other workplace regulations.
- Assist in creating legal content by providing research-based insights for training courses and regular blog posts on workplace compliance for Indian and global markets.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure legal accuracy in all training materials and publications.
- Build and manage relationships with lawyers and professionals specializing in PoSH, employment law, and workplace compliance, fostering a strong network of legal experts.
Eligibility
- 7-8 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel
- Strong expertise in domestic and international employment and workplace laws.
- LL.B. or LL.M. in Law.
- Exceptional research, communication, and writing skills.
- High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Any work experience on workplace laws in Canada, USA, UK will be preferred.
