Tech Mahindra is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel – Technology Contracts with experience of 8–15 years to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet IT, ITES, and technology-related contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
- Review and negotiate Master Service Agreements, EPC contracts, turnkey contracts, professional service agreements, NDAs, and procurement agreements.
- Handle government tenders, bid proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and EOIs.
- Manage contracts with OEMs, service providers, and subcontractors, including software licensing, hardware, cloud, SaaS, AI, and manpower contracts.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on contractual correspondence, amendments, and extensions.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and safeguard the company’s interests.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks, liabilities, and deviations.
Eligibility
- LL.B. qualification.
- 8–15 years of legal work experience.
- Prior experience in the IT industry is preferable.
