Details of the Job/Internship
Toyow is seeking an In-House Legal Counsel (Web3) with 4–8 years of experience to handle legal agreements across multiple jurisdictions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements including NDAs, MoUs, and tokenization agreements.
- Conduct cross-border legal research and due diligence across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support structuring of SPVs, trusts, and token issuance vehicles under compliant frameworks.
- Advise on tokenomics, AML/KYC, and data protection laws.
- Liaise with external counsels and regulators globally.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); LL.M. in International or Corporate Law preferred.
- 4–8 years of legal experience in technology, fintech, or blockchain sectors.
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts, IP, and cross-border transactions.
- Experience in Web3, tokenization, or digital assets preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage projects independently.
