Details of the Job/Internship
Vinnexa is hiring an In-House Legal Counsel with 5–10 years of experience to join its office in Panaji, Goa. This is a full-time, on-site role involving hands-on legal support for real estate documentation, property-related matters, coordination of litigation and advisory work, and day-to-day legal requirements in close collaboration with management and external advisors.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle real estate documentation and property-related paperwork.
- Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, and law firms.
- Track litigation, follow up on matters, and manage procedural coordination.
- Support legal due diligence and internal documentation.
- Assist with contracts, legal notices, and statutory filings.
Eligibility
- 5–10 years of legal experience.
- Exposure to Goa property laws and documentation is preferred.
- Experience in handling or coordinating civil litigation is preferred.
- Practical and detail-oriented approach to legal work.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
