Details of the Job/Internship

Tech Mahindra is hiring in-house legal counsels with 2-4 years of experience to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Reviewing of legal contracts (e.g. MSA, RFP, DPA, Vendor agreements, NDA, LOA, etc.);
• Ensuring group standards/policies are reflected in legal documents to protect the interest of the company;
• Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company and its affiliates

Eligibility

• L.L.B degree from a premiere college/university with experience of a minimum of 2-4 years preferably as an in-house counsel with similar responsibilities
• Ability to timely manage communications with internal departments
• Skilled in ensuring a collaborative management environment, succeeding through regular meetings and clear formal and informal communication with members of various internal teams and law firms
• Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel
• Self-driven and ability to be both strategic and execution-oriented.
