Details of the Job/Internship

Insight Direct India Pvt Ltd is hiring an In-House Legal Trainee for a six-month hybrid traineeship.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on privacy laws, labour codes, and regulatory updates.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising commercial contracts and internal agreements.
• Support company secretarial work, including board and committee meeting preparations.
• Maintain legal documentation, trackers, and compliance records.
• Assist in reviewing internal policies and updating compliance frameworks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for due diligence and process support.
• Prepare legal summaries, briefing notes, and compliance reports.
• Support management of vendor agreements, NDAs, and procurement documentation.

Eligibility

BBA LLB, BA LLB, or LLB degree.

Salary/Stipend

INR 15,000 per month.
