B A S & Co. LLP is hiring an Income Tax Litigation Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join their office in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents and replies to income tax notices.
• Assist in providing legal advice on income tax matters.
• Represent clients in income tax litigation.
• Coordinate with legal teams and clients to ensure proper handling of tax litigation cases.
• Enhance knowledge and analytical skills in income tax with hands-on experience.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of exposure in income tax advisory/litigation.
• Keen interest in researching income tax topics.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• Relevant certifications and departmental experience in tax litigation are a plus.

Salary/Stipend
