B A S & Co. LLP is hiring an Income Tax Litigation Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join their office in Kolkata. The role involves preparing legal documents, drafting replies to income tax notices, assisting in providing legal advice, and handling tax litigation cases. The position offers an environment to enhance knowledge and analytical skills in income tax with hands-on experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents and replies to income tax notices.
- Assist in providing income tax legal advice.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Represent clients in legal matters.
- Coordinate with legal teams and clients to handle tax litigation cases.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of exposure in income tax advisory or litigation.
- Keen interest in researching income tax topics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Relevant certifications and departmental experience in tax litigation are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
