Details of the Job/Internship

Tax Verdure Pvt Ltd is hiring a full-time Income Tax Litigation Executive with 1–2 years of experience in income tax advisory or litigation to join their Kolkata office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents and replies to income tax notices.
• Assist in providing legal advice on income tax matters.
• Represent clients in legal matters relating to income tax litigation.
• Coordinate with legal teams and clients for effective case handling.
• Conduct research on income tax topics and apply findings to cases.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of exposure in income tax advisory/litigation.
• Keen interest in researching income tax topics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Relevant certifications and departmental experience in tax litigation (preferred).

Salary/Stipend
