Details of the Job/Internship

Chilana & Chilana Law Offices is hiring an Associate for Indirect Tax Advisory & Litigation with experience of 3–4 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory services under GST, Customs, and other indirect tax laws.
• Draft replies to show cause notices, legal opinions, and formal representations.
• Represent clients in litigation before High Courts, GSTAT, CESTAT, and Appellate Authorities.
• Manage investigations, audits, and proceedings before various departmental forums.
• Handle client interactions and manage legal matters independently.

Eligibility

• 3–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Mandatory prior experience in indirect tax matters.
• Proven expertise in legal drafting and litigation exposure.

Salary/Stipend
