Details of the Job/Internship
Bhanushali Global Advisors Private Limited is hiring an Indirect Tax (GST) – Litigation and Compliance Lead to join its office in Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage GST compliance activities including preparation and filing of GST returns and reconciliations.
- andle GST litigation matters including drafting responses, appeals and managing cases before tax authorities or tribunals.
- Conduct research on indirect taxation laws and relevant regulatory updates.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to GST compliance and litigation matters.
- Coordinate with tax authorities for assessments, hearings and regulatory requirements.
- Provide advisory support on indirect taxation matters to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure organisations comply with GST laws, policies and procedures.
Eligibility
- Strong expertise in GST compliance including filing returns, reconciliation and handling assessments.
- Experience in GST litigation including drafting replies and appeals.
- Knowledge of indirect taxation laws and related regulations.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, reporting and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability.
- Educational background in accounting, finance or related fields.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CS, CMA or LL.B. will be an advantage.
