Pro-Consulting Solutions is hiring an Indirect Tax Lawyer with 4–6 years of PQE to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive tax advisory services.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies.
- Handle tax-related legal matters and litigation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on regulatory and legislative changes.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver effective tax solutions.
Eligibility
- 4–6 years of PQE in Indirect Tax.
- Strong knowledge of tax law, tax advisory, and compliance.
- Expertise in indirect tax principles and applications.
- Experience in tax-related legal proceedings.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- LLB/LLM with specialisation in Taxation preferred.
- Knowledge of Indian tax regulations; international tax exposure is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and deliver high-quality solutions.
