Details of the Job/Internship

Dhadda & Co. is hiring an Indirect Tax Litigation Associate (CA or LLB) with 1–3 years of experience to join its Jaipur office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft replies to scrutiny notices, audit objections, and show cause notices.
• Prepare appeals and submissions before adjudicating and appellate authorities.
• Conduct legal research and draft advisory notes on complex GST issues.
• Represent clients during investigations and hearings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for documentation and case strategy.

Eligibility

• Qualification: CA or LLB.
• Experience: 1–3 years in indirect tax litigation (not open to freshers).
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
