Dhadda & Co is hiring an Indirect Tax Litigation Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Jaipur. The role involves working on end-to-end GST and indirect tax matters, including drafting, appeals, client representation, and legal research.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft replies to scrutiny notices, audit objections, and show cause notices.
- Prepare appeals and submissions before adjudicating and appellate authorities.
- Conduct legal research and draft advisory notes on complex GST issues.
- Represent clients during investigations and hearings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for documentation and strategy.
Eligibility
- Qualification: LL.B. or CA.
- Experience: 1–3 years in indirect tax litigation (not open for freshers).
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Mandatory litigation experience.
- Reporting to the Senior Partner / Partner – Indirect Tax Litigation.
Salary/Stipend
₹6.5 LPA (as per experience).
