Details of the Job/Internship

Dhadda & Co. is hiring an Indirect Tax Litigation Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Jaipur. The role offers an opportunity to work on end-to-end GST and indirect tax matters, including drafting replies, preparing appeals, client representation, and conducting legal research.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft replies to scrutiny notices, audit objections, and show cause notices.
• Prepare appeals and submissions before adjudicating and appellate authorities.
• Conduct legal research and draft advisory notes on GST issues.
• Represent clients during investigations and hearings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for documentation and strategy.

Eligibility

• Qualification: LLB or CA.
• Experience: 1–3 years in indirect tax litigation (not open for freshers).
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
