Details of the Job/Internship

TLC Legal is hiring an Indirect Tax Litigation Lawyer with 1–4 years of experience to join their Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement litigation strategies for indirect tax disputes.
• Manage cases including legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing evidence.
• Represent clients before tax authorities and various judicial forums.
• Analyse complex tax issues and provide strategic legal advice.
• Build and maintain client relationships across industries.
• Stay updated on indirect tax laws and regulatory developments.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a premier institution.
• 1–4 years of experience in indirect tax litigation.
• Prior experience in tax litigation teams or law firms preferred.
• Additional CA qualification is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
