Details of the Job/Internship

Anest Iwata Motherson Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an in-house legal Counsel as a Business Partner - Corporate Legal Affairs with experience of 5-7 years to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Corporate Law Support.
• Outside Counsels Management.
• Compliance.
• Legal Policy Development.
• Administrative tasks.

Eligibility

• Fully qualified lawyer with substantial experience.
• Deep knowledge in EU corporate law. Familiar with local and international corporate laws and regulations in COE perimeter.
• Extensive experience in a similar senior role, ideally for about 5 / 7 years.
• Experienced in an international working environment. Ability to establish and maintain good working relations within a multicultural environment.
• Strong team spirit, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent English. German proficiency. Proficiency in another EU language is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
