Details of the Job/Internship

Advocate Assist is hiring an in-house Legal Counsel with 3+ years of experience to support its internal legal function.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle in-house legal matters across departments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional agreements.
• Address corporate compliance and regulatory issues.
• Work with in-house and external counsels on legal matters.
• Take pre-emptive measures to identify and mitigate legal risks and conflicts.

Eligibility

• Bar registration to practice law.
• Minimum 3 years of corporate legal work experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Salary/Stipend
