Details of the Job/Internship
ORA Realty is hiring a Legal Associate with around 5 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely legal advice on real estate-related matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate sale deeds, lease agreements, joint venture agreements, and POAs.
- Conduct detailed due diligence of property titles, approvals, and ownership documents.
- Liaise with registrars, government departments, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, and project teams for documentation alignment
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.).
- Additional qualifications in Real Estate Law or Corporate Law preferred.
- Approximately 5 years of non-litigation experience in real estate.
- Strong drafting, scrutiny, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of property and registration laws.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
