Mavent Restructuring Services is hiring an Insolvency Associate to join thgeoir office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Insolvency Associate will be responsible for assisting with turnaround and restructuring projects, conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
- The role also involves supporting insolvency proceedings, managing legal documentation, and assisting in court proceedings and client meetings.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are key aspects of this role.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of corporate restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy processes.
- Experience in conducting financial analysis and preparing reports.
- Proficiency in legal documentation and court proceedings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in insolvency or restructuring are a plus.
