Details of the Job/Internship

Diaz Legal is inviting Insolvency Professionals (IPs) to collaborate with the firm on diverse insolvency, restructuring, and resolution assignments. The collaboration aims to strengthen professional networks and foster partnerships that enhance efficiency, compliance, and outcomes at every stage of the insolvency process.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Diaz Legal on insolvency, restructuring, and resolution assignments.
• Engage in matters before NCLT and NCLAT representing creditors, corporate debtors, and other stakeholders.
• Foster professional partnerships to enhance efficiency and compliance in insolvency proceedings.
• Explore synergies and contribute to impactful resolution strategies.

Registered Insolvency Professionals interested in collaboration with legal experts.
