Details of the Job/Internship
Sevakh Global is hiring for the role of Institutional Mediation - Legal to join their office in Kochi. The position involves handling legal issues, providing mediation services, and facilitating dispute resolution processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining strong client relationships.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage legal issues and provide consultation on legal matters.
- Prepare legal documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide mediation services and facilitate dispute resolution processes.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies and clients to resolve matters effectively.
Eligibility
- Expertise in law and legal consulting.
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and understanding of legal issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in mediation and dispute resolution is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Willingness and confidence to travel and coordinate with law enforcement agencies and legal service departments.
