Details of the Job/Internship

SUN Mobility is hiring Legal Intern for Intellectual Property and Standards to join their Bengaluru office. As an intern, you will assist them with Standards and Intellectual Property initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Support the creation and implementation of company standards.
2. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
3. Participate in standards meetings, taking notes, and preparing summaries.
4. Work with legal, engineering, and R&D teams to protect new inventions.
5. Communicate with external partners like patent attorneys and standards bodies.
6. Provide administrative support for IP and standards projects.
7. Assist with filing and maintaining patent applications.
8. Conduct prior art searches and assess patentability.
9. Track IP portfolios including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
10. Maintain detailed records of IP and standards activities.
11. Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
12. Help create training materials related to IP and standards.

Eligibility

Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a background in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Automotive fields.
