Details of the Job/Internship
United & United is hiring an Intellectual Property Associate – Prosecution with 3–4 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and manage complete trademark and copyright prosecution processes.
- Prepare replies to examination reports, file oppositions and counter-statements, and attend hearings.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of IP applications, including post-registration renewals.
- Coordinate with clients and handle their IP portfolios efficiently.
- Prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
- Maintain strong coordination within the team and ensure accuracy in deliverables.
- Communicate with internal leadership regarding challenges and suggest improvements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in IP prosecution.
- Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property laws.
- Ability to start immediately.
- Experience in commercial litigation is an added requirement.
- On-site working ability.
