Details of the Job/Internship

• Talent Corner HR Services PVT.LTD. is hiring for a Legal Associate(Intellectual Property Rights) with 2-3 years of experience to work at their Mumbai (Ghatkopar West) Office.
• The role involves litigation & non-litigation activities. The Firm offers the opportunity to work independently on behalf of the Firm and achieve career growth.
• Salary : 30k in hand + Travelling Allowance, increment within 6 months (35k + Travelling allowance) 

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, verifying, validating, and finalizing legal documents/formats related to assignments of Trademark, Copyright, Industrial Design, and Business Laws.
• Drafting and attending IP-related lawsuit matters in collaboration with the team.
• Handling IP prosecution, and opposition procedures.
• Representing clients at IP statutory bodies and courts, when required.
• Giving legal advice to clients, when required.

Eligibility

• Minimum two years of relevant experience in the field of IP laws (Trademark, Copyright, Industrial Design, Business Laws).
• Multitasking skills with good time management in high-volume environments.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• handling Litigation and Non-litigation matters related to IPR.
