Bizrights IP Partners LLP is hiring Intellectual Property Associate with the experience of 3 years to join their office in Hyderabad.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master Degree in Law.
• Expertise in Law, including Intellectual Property Law.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in filing, prosecuting, and managing Trademarks, Copyright, and Patent Applications.
• Excelled skills and experience in drafting, filing, and managing Opposition and Rectification Proceedings.
• Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with client and attorney communication.
• Knowledge of the Indian Intellectual Property landscape and procedures is a plus.
