Details of the Job/Internship

Khaitan & Co. is hiring an Intellectual Property Associate with experience of 2 to 5 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Eligibility

• Draft high-quality patent applications.
• Conduct comprehensive patent searches and analyze prior art, FTO searches.
• Collaborate with inventors to understand and document inventions.
• Prepare responses to IN, US and EPO office actions and attend hearings.
• Stay updated with developments in patent law, particularly decisions/orders issued by PO and the HC's Be technically sound.

Salary/Stipend
