Details of the Job/Internship
Khaitan & Co. is hiring an Intellectual Property Associate with experience of 2 to 5 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft high-quality patent applications.
- Conduct comprehensive patent searches and analyze prior art, FTO searches.
- Collaborate with inventors to understand and document inventions.
- Prepare responses to IN, US and EPO office actions and attend hearings.
- Stay updated with developments in patent law, particularly decisions/orders issued by PO and the HC's Be technically sound.
Eligibility
Post qualification experience 2 to 5 years.
