Details of the Job/Internship

Triverse Law is hiring an Intellectual Property Associate with 0–2 years of experience to join their team in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and file patent, trademark, and copyright applications.
• Prepare responses to examination reports.
• Handle opposition proceedings.
• Maintain accurate records of IP filings.
• Assist with portfolio management and renewals.
• Coordinate with clients and patent agents.
• Assist in court matters.
• Conduct patentability searches, FTOs, and invalidation studies.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a science-related field (e.g., Biotechnology, Chemistry, Engineering, Telecommunications, Biomedical Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, Life Sciences).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Techno-legal acumen. Strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Foundational understanding of IPR. Prior experience in patent drafting or IP-related work is preferable.
• LLB and Bar Council enrolment is a significant advantage.

Salary/Stipend
