Details of the Job/Internship

United & United is hiring an IP Prosecution Associate with 3–4 years of experience to join their team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle complete trademark and copyright prosecution processes.
• Draft replies to examination reports and file oppositions and counter-statements.
• Attend hearings and manage registration and renewal procedures.
• Conduct legal research on IP matters.
• Interact with clients and manage their IP portfolios.
• Work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with the team and maintain organised workflows.
• Communicate with internal leadership to identify challenges and propose improvements.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (mandatory).
• 3–4 years of relevant IP experience.
• Strong understanding of IP laws.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
